I delivered a talk at the Dialogue on Sustainable Development at Fresenius University of Applied Sciences, Munich, titled “Tourism Development: Between Endless Potential and Harsh Realities.” The presentation explored the opportunities often associated with tourism growth alongside the environmental, social, and spatial challenges that can emerge when development is not carefully planned, highlighting the need for more balanced and sustainable approaches.
