This agrotourism facility is designed as an experiential rural destination that integrates agriculture, eco-tourism, education, and recreation within a unified landscape. The masterplan organizes accommodation, farming activities, animal zones, cultural workshops, and recreational spaces around a central oasis and water features, connected through pedestrian trails and public gathering areas. By combining visitor experiences with agricultural production and learning environments, the project promotes sustainable tourism, local culture, and environmental awareness while ensuring clear separation between visitor movement and service infrastructure.
