The project focuses on the planning and development of a housing complex in Senegal through the preparation of urban design guidelines, a land-use program, and two alternative masterplan scenarios. The work establishes principles for residential clustering, public spaces, circulation, and service distribution, ensuring flexibility and adaptability to local conditions. By testing two alternatives, the project evaluates different spatial organizations and development strategies, providing a framework that supports sustainable growth, social cohesion, and context-sensitive housing development.
